This machine is made of stainless steel, and the nonmetallic material which contact with powder all meet with FDA requirements. In addition, LGC20 Roller Compactor has a fully enclosed granulating system which is cleaner and more in line with GMP requirements.

HIGH PRECISION FEEDING MODE
It adopts high precision feeding mode by servo driving technology. Due to the innovative structure of feeding system, the feeding screw can be easily dismantled, cleaned and replaced.
AUTOMATIC HMI CONTROL
LGC20 Roller Compactor uses IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) which is easy to operate and has a friendlier HMI.
INNOVATIVE ROLLER GAP ADJUSTING SYSTEM
To effectively extrude the material into sheet, it adopts electromechanical mode to adjust the roller gap and uses a synchronous servo motor to precisely control it. This mode can avoid expensive and complex maintenance for hydraulic system.
VACUUM VENT DEVICE(OPTION)
Vacuum vent can make the material more compact. This technology can exhaust excess gas in the material to improve material compactness and make the material squeeze more efficient
